Brief Biography

An individual of many skills and abilities:

Lucky is an arts lobbyist, event manager, producer, director, singer, songwriter, voice coach, teacher and workshop leader as well! Lucky is not only capable of managing tours and events but also of being involved in the designing, planning and implementation too…he's also a dab hand at monitoring and evaluation of various projects.

No wonder Lucky has been called on to visit 30 countries around the world, and been asked to perform to audiences varying in capacity between 10 and 50,000!

For Lucky, the process of sharing is the real driving force and core of all his work. With this in mind, Lucky works in a variety of settings such as: - schools, colleges, community centres, theatres, reformatories, prisons - not to mention arts-based training with numerous organisations including business staff training programmes.

Lucky has shared stages with the likes of Peter Gabriel (the real world aficionado) and also with diverse artists such as Craig David. Gabriel and performed twice for Nelson Mandela and Queen Elisabeth II to name but a few and yet he is at pains to point out that "every time I perform, it doesn't matter if its a song I've done a hundred times - there is always something I learn in the process...I learn about myself and the people I am performing for."

Lucky is a firm believer in the role of music beyond just entertainment. He passionately, argues for music as a vehicle for change, communication, healing and problem solving.
